Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your CBD product subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • If your next payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

3. How to Cancel

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel, or

  • Contact our support team at support@keybalancecbd.com with your full name and order/subscription number.

4. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or subscriptions due to:

    • Suspected fraud or misuse

    • Legal or regulatory issues (CBD restrictions in your region)

    • Product unavailability

5. Refunds on Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations made within the eligible window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
