Cancellation policy
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.
2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your CBD product subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If your next payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
3. How to Cancel

Log in to your account and navigate to Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel, or

Contact our support team at support@keybalancecbd.com with your full name and order/subscription number.
4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel orders or subscriptions due to:

Suspected fraud or misuse

Legal or regulatory issues (CBD restrictions in your region)

Product unavailability

5. Refunds on Cancellations

Approved cancellations made within the eligible window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
